Wikibibliography

I wish there were a website that curated the best resources to learn about any topic. For example, if I want to learn about the history of Kabul, Wikipedia offers an introduction, but there’s no list of links to the best documentaries, online courses, websites, papers, videos or X accounts to learn more. Wikipedia articles have a reference section, but its aim is to provide evidence for the facts stated in the article, not to provide pointers for further study. Too often, I force myself to read some mediocre review on a topic only to discover a series of highly relevant YouTube videos weeks later, when it’s too late and I’ve moved on. Why does this not exist?
