As a kid, I had a device that proved that I had the ability to move physical objects with my mind. It consisted of a plastic base that held a thin metal wheel balancing on a central hub. When I put my hands around it, taking care not to touch it, and focused, I could make it spin. Sometimes I could even determine the wheel’s speed and the direction. The device came from Hungary and was called the Egely Wheel. They’re still available, and you can buy one for $379 here. I’m sure they were cheaper when I played with them because I don’t see my parents spending this amount of money. You can also make one for practically free out of paper and a pin.
The Egely Wheel is an implementation of the psi wheel, which you can make yourself without spending any money if you already own aluminum foil and a pin. The reason it moves when you put your hands around may be your telekinetic abilities, but more likely it’s the heat coming off your hands.
