Job Security is Higher in Europe: That may be a problem

Americans are ten times more likely to be fired than Europeans, according to Works in Progress. 0.1 percent of German employees will be fired in a given month, compared to 1 percent in the United States. I’m sure labor regulations aren’t the only reason why there’s less innovation in Europe, but they’re probably a big contributor.
