Many of my favorite blogs only have new posts every few weeks. Checking them for new content is a hassle, so I was looking for service that would do it for me. I settled on Inoreader. It’s simple and doesn’t require any download. Instead, it offers both a browser interface and a synced phone app. It works with almost all blogging platforms, including Substack and WordPress. I’ve now been using it for several years. Maybe at some point, I’m going to ask Claude to create a custom app that does the same thing, but until then, I don’t intend to switch.
